How this shop came about
As upholsterers, we have always sought small refinements to give our work that extra touch as additional service. Consequently, we increasingly found ourselves adding new floor protectors (felt and/or metal based furniture glides) to furniture, seeking new furniture caps (like end caps or tube inserts specifically aimed for furniture), floor glides for tubular frame chairs, or new furniture legs for sofas. Naturally, we did not keep this to ourselves, but also made them available for consumers in our former upholstery-DIY store and our webshops.
After a while, the demand did not only come from furniture owners anymore; people also looked for tube inserts and end caps for differing purposes to finish off tubes, pipes and holes. Whether it was for garden chairs, a bicycle, curtain rods or drilling holes, the purposes were varying widely.
We now proudly can even count artists, construction companies, bicycle shops and sunshade specialists among our clients.
